Welcome to the new WEA website!

This new site is designed to reflect the diverse group of 85,000 members who make up the WEA. Members are facing more challenges than ever before, but they are also doing some of the most innovative and inspiring education work the state has ever seen. With those thoughts in mind, we hope to accomplish two things with this website: Give you the tools and support you need to excell, and also give you a place to see the positive work being done by fellow members.

• Your union is here to back you. Learn how to get bargaining and organizing support, access your member benefits, protect yourself with Educator Employment Insurance, and quickly find legal aid.

2. Keep Up With the Inspiring Work of Fellow Members

• Visit My Union to learn how members set the priorities for WEA, find how to contact leaders or see how you can get involved.
• Head to OurVoice Political Action to see how members across the state are standing up and joining the political fight for education. Get active and join in.
• Check out WE Are WEA to watch profiles on the ESP and Teacher of the Year, find valuable resources and keep up with member news.
