Jennifer Wolf
Jennifer Wolf is a long time WEA staffer. Jen began her career with WEA in 1991. Prior to that, she worked in financial management. Phil Becker Phil Becker has been a UniServ Representative for many years. He began his career as a Rep in Vermont and has held a position in WEA management. Phil is originally from New York. Kate Phillips
Kate was employed most recently as a UniServ Representative for the Connecticut Education Association. Prior to that, she worked as an attorney for a private law firm representing members of the California Teachers Association and other labor unions. Kate attended Sequim High School and graduated from Pitzer College and U of C, Hastings College of the Law. She and her husband Matt have a son, a daughter and two beautiful Italian Greyhounds. Edna Barnhouse-Lopez
Edna came to the WEA staff in 2005 from Bellingham Technical College where she was employed as the Financial Aid Coordinator for 5 years. She is a former member of BEST. Lyn Sherry
Lyn started her union career in the Shoreline Education Association, where she was employed as a speech-language pathologist for 11 years. She served as the Association's Vice President and bargaining chair. Lyn then applied for and successfully completed a WEA UniServ Internship. She was then hired as a part-time UniServ rep in the Cascade Uniserv Council and then was offered a full-time UniServ rep position in the WEA-Southeast Council. Lyn has strong ties to the area as she is a graduate of WWU and her father lives here. Lyn and her husband Mike and have three daughters.
